Our goal is to educate the major industries which employ meeting, convention, and event planners on the benefits of using diverse teams.
We seek speaking opportunities that allow team members to talk about equity, equality, and the position of Black Business Owners and People of Color.
In order to achieve this, we will develop educational programs and outreach that enhances the operational excellence of members and demonstrate such skills to stakeholders.

- Establish an invitation-only membership program that enhances members’ portfolio and ability to work alongside targeted stakeholders.
- Create an annual demo event with strategic partners and VIPs that further brings forth awareness to the capabilities of our members and industry.
Communicate the standards of the events industry and the various opportunities available to high school and college students seeking to enter the event industry
- Establish a mentorship program with National Events Council’s members that allows students an opportunity to secure job placement following graduation.
- Work alongside educators to create curriculum for those seeking a meeting, convention, or event professional career. Server as guest speakers throughout the United States.
