CULTIVATING A
DIVERSE COMMUNITY
The National Events Council leads the way to end racial inequality within the event industry and all supporting elements by accelerating awareness of qualified Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) who are Business Owners in the event industry. We will conduct national research and provide education increasing direct spending within BIPOC businesses.
We envision an industry that celebrates all genders, races, sexual orientations, and ethnic backgrounds. In order to achieve this, we realize that every action we take has to be indicative of the industry we aim to see: intersectional, multi-cultural, all working with a synergy that is dependent upon each other to reach the highest standards our clients deserve and want. A industry that creates spaces where solidarity, equity, and equality thrives while being accessible to all.

OUR CORE VALUES
INCLUSIVENESS
We are committed to cultivating a culture that is welcoming to all. We want clients to see the collective sum of different life experiences, ethnicity, race, wisdom, gender identity, and talent that comes with hiring a diverse group of talent.
DIVERSITY
Our clients come from all walks of life and we want to resemble the people we serve. The event industry is full of world class professionals with a variety of backgrounds which makes it our greatest strength.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Adhere to our commitments and work towards measurable goals that align with a diverse event industry.
COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
